This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track you across other sites. We only collect what you type into a form and choose to send us. We do not sell or rent personal information.

03What we collect
Pilot requests. When you submit the pilot form we receive your name, email address, show, channel or brand, an optional content link, and what you want a pilot to prove.
Clipper applications. The clipper application is hosted on Microsoft Forms. It collects what the form asks for, such as your niches, portfolio links, role on each sample, turnaround, work you will not do, and the accounts you control.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
04How we use it
- to reply to your pilot request or email
- to assess whether your content is a fit for a pilot
- to review clipper applications and match accepted clippers to campaigns
- to prepare and carry out any agreement you enter into with us
- to keep the site secure and prevent abuse of its forms
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be added.
05Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (answering a pilot request or reviewing an application), performance of a contract once one exists, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
06Who receives it
We share personal information only with the services needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives pilot form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Microsoft hosts the clipper application form (Microsoft Forms) and our email inbox (Outlook).
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google.
If you become a client, relevant campaign details are shared with the clippers matched to your campaign under the campaign brief. If you become a clipper, relevant details are shared with the client whose campaign you join. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
07Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does, and any analytics will be privacy-focused and cookie-free where possible.
08How long we keep it
Pilot requests and emails that do not lead to a campaign are deleted within 12 months. Clipper applications are kept while the founding cohort is being formed and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Information connected to a campaign is kept for as long as the agreement requires and for any period needed for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you gave. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data protection authority, you have the right to complain to that authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10International transfers
The services we use may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, those transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
11Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept in accounts protected by access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Children
This site and our services are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
